Relationship and Sex Education ( RSE)
at Moss Bury
At Moss Bury we teach the statutory Relationship and Sex Education (RSE) and Health Education (HE) through our PSHE lessons.
We use the SCARF scheme of work to ensure that all areas of this curriculum are covered.
The DfE have released a new statutory document from September 2026 "Relationship and Sex Education" and we have reviewed our policies to ensure this is reflected.
This policy is in the consultation phase, ending on 13th July with a parents forum and question/answer session. Please find below the information about the proposed changes to this curriculum.
